Q: Are these manuals similar to Chilton's or Haynes or are they Factory Manuals?

A: These are not Chilton's or Haynes as those types of manual cover many years and models of the same make. Ours do not, we give you the exact year, make and model of information you are after. We manufacture & produce our own manuals, using similar mechanical & electrical information that is contained in Factory Manuals. We do not supply body & frame information that is found in factory manuals, but our repair & electrical information is the best.....

Q: Do you have my Make, Year, Model, Series, Engine, ect?

A: If your vehicle was sold in North America (foreign or domestic) between the years of 1983-2002 we will have a complete manual for your specific vehicle. If your vehicle is newer than 2002 our information is limited to what is released to the us by the factory, we will have information but how complete The manuals is depends on what they have released, we will make you aware of this and work out a deal. If your vehicle is between the years 1960-1982 we are working on production of a DVD containing repair information covering all North American Sold automobiles between those years (1960-1982) it should be released shortly, watch our auctions & store for more information.....

Q: How do I order a manual for my Car, I do not see it listed?

A: Simply order any manual for any vehicle (or something similar if you prefer) and in your PayPal notes be sure to mention what year, make & model of vehicle manual you are after. We always check our PayPal notes, and if you are sending money orders or cashiers check please contact us first.....

Q: Are these manuals simple enough for a Novice?

A: In some areas they are, it all depends on the repair to be made, We will supply you with all the information you need to handle the simple repairs (Tune-Ups & Oil Changes) as well as complicated (Transmission or Engine Rebuilds) what you can do depends on your qualifications, experience & confidence. But with our information even if you do require a professional mechanic at least you will be informed and prepared for what is involved, better safe guarding yourself from fraudulent repairs & mistaken diagnosis.....

Q: Will these CDROM's work on my Mac or are they PC only?

A: These CDROM's will work on any PC or Mac out there regardless of Operating System, Processor, Ram or Hard Drive Size all that is required is a PDF Reading Software such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free at www.adobe.com) or similar for your PC the rest is HTML based so it will open on anything and any operating system.....
